    Why are there signal dropouts?

    They could be caused by interferences from numerous WiFi and 4G signals, and high-power appliances. Please try to reconnect in somewhere else.

    Why does the sound have latency when streaming or gaming?

    The latency does exist due to use, network conditions and phone’s codec.

    Please push both earbuds into case and pick up again to enter stereo mode. Otherwise, please set them to factory.

    Why can’t I connect the earbuds to phone?

    Delete the connectivity record on phone and reconnect it to phone.

    Why can’t I hear anything when playing music or calling?
    A

    For android system, in connectivity records tap the model to enter configuration page. Then cancel the options of phone calls and media audio and re-activate. For iOS system, please go settings-accessibility-audio calling and choose auto(if it has been set to auto, choose other option and re-choose auto). If the problem is still there, please delete the connectivity record and reconnect earbuds to phone.
